From February 1st to 3rd, the World Cashew Conference took place in Cambodia, gathering over 500 delegates from 40 countries. Our colleagues, Head of pulses and oilseeds Digvijay Singh and Chief Country Manager Praveen, actively participated in the event.
"Last year, we completed our first cashew export from Tanzania and were delighted to meet our buyers from South Asia. It’s also an excellent opportunity to connect with numerous traders. We are confident that closer cooperation on cashew with South Asian countries awaits us in the nearest future!" - shared Praveen.
Digvijay and Praveen visited cashew farms and learned valuable practical skills from Cambodian farmers, gaining insights into various perspectives and innovative solutions in cashew cultivation and export. The conference also provided insights into current market demand and supply trends.
