Responsibilities: * Search for resumes in the internal database. * Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest. * Schedule meetings and interviews with candidates. * Utilize various resources and platforms to find candidates (LinkedIn, HeadHunter (hh.ru), international platforms, social networks, professional communities, and forums). * Build and update the candidate database in the Huntflow system using data from other company resources.
Requirements: * English proficiency at C2 level or higher. * Strong computer skills and proficiency in main programs. * Flexibility and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions. * High work speed and multitasking capability. * Proactivity and initiative.
