From 20 to 21 September, the Human training conference was held in Moscow, attended by more than 500 participants from around the world.
With the participation of leading industry experts, the issues of cross-cultural interaction, automation of HR processes, employee motivation and retention in a globally competitive environment were discussed.
Anna Ditiateva, HR Director at AGS, participated with the topic: ‘Development of cross-cultural communication as Russian business moves eastwards’.
Anna spoke about a comprehensive approach to developing cross-cultural communication skills in our company, which is represented in Russia, Tanzania, Mozambique, India and China. The main principles of this approach are:
1. Common information field: communication channel and regular bilingual meetings of employees
2. Continuous training: at the onboarding stage, through regular columns in internal communication channels and thematic workshops, as well as access to English language learning
3. Working with cross-cultural context through values and competences
